1. Kampala–Jinja Expressway Supervision Support (Uganda)

Sector: Road & Transport Infrastructure
We played a major consultancy role in the early-stage contractor assessment and supervisory coordination for the Kampala–Jinja Expressway, a flagship transport corridor in Uganda. Our team ensured environmental compliance, traffic management planning, and smooth inter-agency communication.

2. EastLake Smart Housing Development (Kenya)

Sector: Real Estate & Housing
Aquagems Africa managed the contractor selection, planning, and project monitoring for a 1,200-unit housing estate in Nairobi. We coordinated architectural approvals, utility connections, quality inspections, and handover documentation.

3. Northern Power Grid Expansion (Ghana)

Sector: Electrical & Energy Projects
We supported the expansion of a 330kV power transmission line in partnership with regional energy authorities. Our role included technical feasibility reviews, contractor oversight, and safety-driven site supervision.

4. Mungo Water Supply Modernization Project (Cameroon)

Sector: Water & Environmental Engineering
Aquagems Africa provided project consultancy for the upgrade of water treatment plants and extension of distribution lines serving rural communities. We coordinated suppliers, ensured regulatory compliance, and monitored contractor performance.

5. Juba International Airport Terminal Upgrade (South Sudan)

Our team offered high-level project advisory and monitoring during the installation of modern terminal facilities, new security systems, and passenger service enhancements. We ensured that contractors adhered to international aviation standards.

6. Lakeview Agro-Industrial Park Construction Support (Rwanda)

We supervised contractors during the development of warehouses, access roads, cold storage units, and processing zones. Our involvement helped accelerate timelines and reduce logistical costs for the investor.

7. Tema Coastal Defense Reinforcement Project (Ghana)

Sector: Marine & Coastal Engineering
Aquagems Africa collaborated with engineers to oversee rock placement, shoreline protection works, drainage systems, and quality assurance testing. This project helped protect coastal communities against erosion.

8. West Nile Rural Electrification Rollout (Uganda)

We assisted in the contractor evaluation and field inspections for solar mini-grids and rural electrification works. Our coordination ensured that over 40 rural communities received affordable, reliable power access.
